We start by conducting a brief survey of your residential or commercial property to familiarize ourselves with your layout and understand how your alarm system works. This survey will help us determine the entry procedures and operational guidelines for our officers. After that, we collect your keys and issue a receipt for your records. All keys we collect are sealed with codes in our control rooms and can only be accessed by the SIA security guards who will be tending to your property. When there is a callout or alarm activation, we will immediately dispatch our security officers to your property to investigate the case. If our guards consider the situation serious, they will get in touch with you or your approved emergency contact for further instruction. If required, we can arrange for repair companies to ensure your property is fully secured before leaving your site.
